Rüdiger Zirks Webdevelopment / MH-ACCESSIBILITY is committed to ensuring that all users—including people with disabilities—have the most barrier-free access possible to our online offering at https://mh-accessibility.de. We continuously work to improve usability and align our efforts with recognized accessibility standards.

Applicable Requirements and Objectives

Our goal is to provide the website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The WCAG define three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

Although many measures have already been implemented, some areas may not yet fully meet the targeted standards. Complex technical requirements or missing alternatives can influence this. We regularly review and update this statement as our procedures or technical implementations change.

Service Description

MH-Accessibility develops and distributes the WordPress plugin MH-Accessibility Pro, a comprehensive tool for digital accessibility. Our services include:

 

Plugin Development
We continuously develop, maintain, and update our plugin to ensure it meets current accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, BITV 2.0, EN 301 549). The plugin provides features such as font size and contrast adjustments, reading modes for ADHD and dyslexia, keyboard navigation, text-to-speech, and other accessible user interface options.

 

Support and Consultation
We offer technical support for the installation, configuration, and use of the plugin. Our customers receive assistance with questions regarding application, functionality, and compatibility with WordPress.

 

Partner and Affiliate Programs
We operate a partner program through which agencies and affiliate partners can distribute the plugin or integrate it into client projects. License keys are provided in packages that allow usage on a limited number of websites.

 

License Management
Our licensing models enable companies and agencies to use the purchased licenses according to the package size on their own websites or client websites. The number of activatable installations per license package is clearly defined.

 

Note: MH-Accessibility develops the plugin and provides its functionalities. The verification of accessibility on customer websites and the integration of the accessibility statement are the responsibility of the website operators themselves.

  • Forms: Forms are clearly labeled and easy to use.
  • Alt Texts: All images have meaningful alt texts.
  • Buttons: Buttons are clearly labeled.
  • Screen Reader Compatibility: Headings are properly structured and images are provided with meaningful alt texts.
  • Contrast: Texts and graphics have sufficient contrast with the background.
  • Clear Language: Clear and simple formulations facilitate usage.
  • Keyboard Navigation: The website can be fully operated via keyboard, allowing use without a mouse.
  • Links: Links are clearly labeled and understandable.
